New Stuff weeeeee

I got my actual copy of the Red Book *HCG Weight Loss Cure Guide by Linda Prinster* yesterday in the mail. There was so much more info in there then the one on line. I was up late reading it.

Like steak day........yes on P2 you can have a "mini" steak day to break a stall same as a P3 steak day but you stick to your 100grams of steak an apple or tomato with your meal.

MUSTARD....we can have yellow mustard "MAKE SURE" it does not have any sugar in the ingredients!!! Just plain yellow mustard.

PICKLES......dill pickles are allowed but they are considered one of your veggies an "MAKE SURE" that it does not have oils, starches, or sugars. i.e. fructose corn syrup.
I use vlasic kosher it doesn't have any of that in it. an tasted sooo good. *must be noted if you notice a stall or weight gain from it then drop the pickle LOL*

Also if you don't feel like eating that much that day it is ok to skip it. You body is drawing the nutrients from your stored fat cells. So if you don't want a fruit don't have it. says "HCG releases about 1500-4000 calories per day into your system + the 500"

The reason behind the 6 weeks off after a round is reset your bodies comfort weight. Also *an I find very important* to prevent sagging of the skin. It allows time for your body to readjust itself. As they put it for your mind an body to catch up to one another. An to recover an build up more nutrients for the next round.
